New Payment Platform

We've been using Brightwheel for a year now to keep you updated about your children's daily activities, communicate with you, and manage payments. Starting August 14th, we'll be exclusively using Brightwheel for all payments related to your child's account, including weekly tuition, co-payments, late pickup fees, and late payment fees (trip fees will be added later).

To ensure a smooth payment process, kindly log in to your account and set up your preferred payment method. Brightwheel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards such as Cash App. Please note that personal Cash App payments are no longer allowed, and any such payments will incur a $2.50 charge.

Our aim is to provide you with a seamless invoicing and payment experience, while also maintaining organized accounting. Using Brightwheel gives you easy access to your account, allows you to make timely payments, and provides convenient information for tax purposes.
